We are very pleased to announce the success of our wonderful catering team in this years NACC South West Care Chef of the year competition. On the 19th of June Mark our chef from Brandon House attended the south west regional heat. The competition was judged on a two-course menu of a main and a desert, suitable for service users in a care setting. The competition took place at the university of Exeter.
Mark was one of two regional heat winners.
He will now be invited to take part in the national final, So we wish him the best of luck!
