We care about all of our residents and our own team and believe passionately that by treating our staff as a trusted family we can empower them to treat our residents with the same warmth and respect. A true family ethos resonates throughout our business as we strive to ensure that the care of our residents, their families and our team members is at the heart of everything we do.
Wendy Marsh
Director
Wendy is registered manager and oversees the care provision at all three of the homes.
John Marsh
Director
John is in charge of finance and oversees all home and garden maintenance and development work.
William Marsh
Director
William heads up the catering division. He oversees our team of chefs and suppliers.
Darren Marsh
Director
Darren works on finance, HR, home and garden maintenance and development work.
Rob Hamilton
Manager
Rob works on HR, Home and garden maintenance and development work.

Quality Assurance
